All product development undergoes over ten verification processes, including in-depth thermal shock testing, high-temperature and low-temperature testing, and crankshaft fatigue testing, accumulating 20,000 hours of durability bench testing.

The engine block is made of alloy cast iron for higher strength.

The integral forged steel crankshaft improves fatigue strength and wear resistance.

High-strength alloy connecting rods ensure more reliable operation.

Internally cooled oil-pass pistons with one-ring cooling technology reduce piston temperature and oil consumption, improving piston reliability.

The cylinder head uses a one-cylinder-one-head structure for easy maintenance; cylinder head bolts are evenly distributed for uniform stress distribution.

The valve train features a high-positioned camshaft, short and thick pushrods, and roller tappets for high reliability.

Advanced equipment and quality control methods from casting to assembly ensure higher quality.


Fuel-efficient and cost-effective

Four-valve technology significantly increases intake and exhaust flow area; centrally located injectors ensure more even atomization and more complete combustion.

Turbocharged intercooled + electronically controlled combined pump technology allows for calibrated control according to different operating conditions, broadening its application range and ensuring the engine is always in optimal working condition. Precise electronic control ensures maximum energy release from every drop of fuel.

Holset/Lianxin turbocharger provides a wide range of economical operating conditions.

Significantly reduces mechanical losses by over 15%, with less pumping loss and reduced consumption.

Fuel consumption is reduced by 10-15% compared to engines of the same power.


Safe and comfortable

Freshwater-cooled exhaust pipes result in lower engine compartment temperatures.

Dual-energy starting options (electric and pneumatic) are available to meet the safety requirements of special vessels such as those used in chemical plants.

Four-valve technology effectively reduces engine intake and exhaust noise.

Rear-mounted gear chamber and advanced point-and-line meshing gear technology result in lower mechanical noise in the transmission system.
